1. Book an online appointment

Book online using our appointment request form. Alternatively, send us an email or give us a call.

2. Complete the pre-appointment form

We’ll get in touch to confirm your booking and send you a form that you’ll need to complete prior to your appointment. This allows us prepare your Animal Health Certificate.

3. We will bring your certificate to you

Once your booking has been confirmed and you’ve filled out the form, just make sure you and your pet are home on the day and we’ll handle the rest.
